Y.E.S. provides free services to employers and Job Seekers alike including:

• Interpreting and support for the employee in work related situations
• Interpreting in training and professional development sessions
• Assistance in the work place regarding communication, workplace modifications, awareness programs, and how to address the needs of people with a disability and Deaf employees.
• Any relevant support required by the individual employer and employee, to ensure a successful placement.
